Recs for November trip with toddler (delta companion pass)

We’re looking to use our Delta companion pass for a trip with our 3 year old the week of Thanksgiving. Would ideally like to go somewhere warm (eg Caribbean) and are strongly considering an all inclusive (we also have a 6 month old who we’ll be leaving at home, but the idea of everything being taken care of is highly appealing). We’ll be flying from ATL - pasting the locations eligible for the companion pass below for reference, but would ideally keep the flight within ~4 hours. Our top option right now is Beaches Negril in Jamaica but would love any other recommendations (<$2K/night)!
