Things to do after work

Going to London for a business trip for a week and looking for things to do after work or breakfast/lunch recommendations for work. I'll be near Covent Garden.

This will be my second time in London and I've done a lot of the touristy stuff my first visit already, so can skip those. I'm a foodie and no dietary restrictions, so any food recs, I'm down.
