Help identifying lyrics in a song

Hello, and sorry if the post doesn't belong in the subreddit, I'm not fully sure it's hindi or perhaps a different language spoken India. I really need help identifying the exact language this song is in and what it says (in the original language, though a translation with it is also appreciated). It's a sample I've found used in some songs and i can't find the original, and I think knowing what language its in or whats being said would help me greatly. And also the voice and words just sound very pretty.
