Is there a reason not to get the really cheap TOS 4 movie set?

One is $15 and one is $50 right now. Blu-ray.com has two releases of this set. One dated 2021 and the other 2022. So I'm suspicious if there was something wrong with it the first time around, and that this is just old stock they are trying to get rid of.
