Should I get a second opinion about OCD tendencies I been struggling with?

I been struggling a ton with some thoughts and friendships. I recently started therapy and they diagnosed me with anxiety.
I really hope it’s okay I post this here! I’m really unsure where to go/start since this is my first time going to therapy and actually taking my health seriously since it’s impacting my quality of life now.
If I can get some advice and a second opinion? Or if I should just see if this therapy works for me? I do find some relief after each session but I cry each session too lol.

Here are the things I told them I been struggling with. Which i believe might be a form of OCD, which it might not be? But if it isn’t OCD, am I supposed to tackle these struggles like it’s OCD? For example, I’ve heard with OCD it’s bad to reassurance seek often and to let your loved ones know to not give reassurance. I also heard “exposure therapy” is a good.

I really struggle with reassurance seeking. It impacted my friendships before, my friend was really upset I kept asking if they were ok. I do this a lot, I also ask questions like “was that weird that I did that?” “Are you upset with me” “are you ok” and so on. I have a hard time believing them.

I struggle with repetitive thoughts. I cycle through many possibilities. I recently been dealing with a lot of chronic pain and now it’s a constant that I’m thinking about all the possibilities that could be wrong with me. Despite reassurance from doctors I’ve seen. I often google the same questions over and over again as if I’m finally going to get an answer for my chronic pain but also other issues that Google couldn’t possibly answer.

Feeling guilty for thoughts I have. I often have uncomfortable and distressing thoughts that I feel really guilty about having because it’s not like something I’d do them or want to happen. Then, my guilt eats me alive that I feel like I need to confess to someone near me. Especially my long term partner, if I have a thought about something that might be “ inappropriate” I feel the need to confess to them for some reason. It makes me really uncomfortable if I ignore it.

I have a hard time breaking my routine. It causes me so much stress that traveling has been so limited without flaring up my thoughts, pain, and stress. I can’t NOT do something that’s part of my nightly routine and if I try, I feel really anxious in bed. I can sometimes work through it and sleep through it though. My therapist said this is me just needing the feeling of “control” since I had a traumatic childhood.

I been pushing my finger nail skin to the point it’s uncomfortable or painful, and i don’t know why I’m doing it! I can’t stop sometimes but I’m working on it by trying to hold a fidget toy instead. I still struggle sometimes. Along side this (although I forgot to mention this one to my therapist..) is I feel the need to repeat words while talking or say something that is so irrelevant to the conversation but I still feel the urge to say it and I just look like a weirdo doing it. I can control this urge like 80% of the time though but other times I might just say it in a low voice? I’m not sure if this is just my anxiety trying to find ways to “come out” or something.
