Anyone keep any cheapy but reliable guns secured around the house for quick access?

Similar but not the same as a truck gun, for around the house. A lot of people I talk to say they keep a gun in every room stowed.

I'm thinking single shot H&R or cheap Mossberg 12 gauge in a laundry closet. A basic AR or lever gun in the coat closet. Older gen Glock, a OG S&W M&P Shield, or maybe a Tisas or Springfield 1911 in a lockbox in a drawer. Just stuff like that, cheaper but reliable guns stowed around the house quick access.
