Lyft driver found my lost item and hasn't returned it or made contact
So I lost my AirPods Pro 3 in their car, it must've dropped out of my pockets. I didn't notice it was missing until 2 hours after my ride, and I immediately checked Find My for its location and it's definitely moving seems like in a car. I did the lost and found on the app and tried to contact driver but no response, I tried again a few more times after a couple hours again no response. So I took it to Lyft support and explained the situation to the agent they gave her a call and apparently went straight to voicemail and they'll "keep trying" and update me as soon as they hear back from her. Long story short I lost my AirPods on sep 3, and on sep 4 an update happened around 4 am on the chat with the driver and it says driver found the item. So I immediately contacted support again to facilitate a meeting so I can get my stuff back but again no response from the driver but the agent confirmed that the driver has found my AirPods. I've been tracking it for the last few days and it keeps moving around like it's in a car or with a person sometimes, but it still ends up at this one particular space which I'm assuming might be ther drivers home. Lyft has just been telling me the same thing that they'll keep contacting the driver and she hasn't responded at all. Is there any other way I can get this matter escalated?
