What did ya'll do after "doing" all the quests?

Edit: I did post this in a smaller group but I'm mostly looking for ideas or inspiration for things to do besides doing bundles/dailies/essentially grinding materials. I want to mix it up so I don't get bored which is what I'm worried about.

200+ hours in and I finally finished the "Find a Shepp" quest and did the ceremony. I've done both the Elderwood and Highland story. Almost completed all skill levels to minimally 10 or more. I almost have all the characters maxed out in friendship level, working on romances. I've done all the side quests I've been able to find, just slowly doing the bundles and collections but it takes awhile.

For those who've played more / longer than I have, is there anything you do to keep yourself interested? I like grinding but I don't want to wear it out and get bored eventually. I really like this game and almost play daily solo. Any ideas or things you like to do would be great!
