Mole between boobs: Should I get checked?

I have this raised mole between my boobs (closer to one boob than the other lol) and lately it’s been irritated and dry in the center. And because I keep touching it, it’s getting a little red and I might’ve opened up the center a bit.

Also when I touch it, it slightly hurts and sends a tingle through the area between my breasts. I’ve had this mole for a while but until now I’ve never touched it.

Did I make it worse from touching it or should I get it checked out?
