Thinking of transitioning

Hi everybody. I 19m am seriously considering transitioning to female. I think I’ve always meant to be a girl. When I was still in the womb the lady doing the ultrasound told my parents I was a girl but the next time she got checked turns out I actually was a boy and they mis-gendered me. So ya I ended up being male but had health issues like I never really had puberty or anything as I got older I was always the smallest in the class. And then when I got my testosterone tested last year they found I had really realllly low testosterone and that’s why I never got typical male puberty. I’m currently 5’2ft and have a 2.5 inch erect penis. I think I’d just be better of as female to be honest and this BBC stuff really turns me on too so I figure I could become trans and hopefully date a black guy one day. Even my name is flipping girly it’s Mille lol.
