Car dealer license

Does anybody have a MD dealer license that works for a fee?
Looking at purchasing a vehicle from an IAAI auction.
Have used salvagebid in the past as my “broker” but wasn’t too impressed with the service and would rather give my business to someone local.

I can handle the transport, just need someone to bid on my behalf.
