Hi family

I was a med student when i got my first bout of DLBCL and i had good support from hospital friends and after 6 rounds of rchop i made it out passed my exams was in remission for a year and then again had a relapse then in 2025 i got my asct done and was on maintainance on nivo for 6 months months
Then again after med school went into preparation for residency and 6 months of those mind boggling preparaion going through chemo brain to acing those questions reading a thousand times about how aggressive is DLBCL and how bad its prognosis amongst NHLs
Many times thought of quitting medicine too and enjoy life too
But finally made it through and joined cardiac surgery residency
Wanna thankyou all for being with me through all those 2 years of chemo and asct
Cleared all my doubts and suggestion i needed
Lets see where this residency takes me
Wanted to take some light residency for enjoying life but my mind couldnt agree and here i am

I always have a fear it ll come back again but now it doesnt scare that much
