How do you calculate how much do you need to open a brick & motor store?

I just don’t know where I can get a more accurate estimate of the total cost. Not just rent and inventory, but also furnishing/fit-out, insurance, security, payment terminals, cash register, employee costs, working capital/reserves, etc. I know the rent and employee costs, but there are so many other expenses I have no idea how to estimate. I am looking for 1 year finance

Is there a website or calculator that can help with the full cost of opening a retail store? Most of what I find only covers rent and inventory.

Also, roughly how much did it cost you to open your store, and were you based in Europe, the US, or somewhere else? Did you overestimate or underestimate the costs?
