Power-tripping CCA seniors/EXCO who think they are still in NS.

I really need to vent and get some advice regarding my current CCA. The seniors and EXCO members here are power-tripping so hard, and it feels like they honestly think they are still in National Service (NS). 

The way they treat the rest of us is ridiculous: 

• They constantly shout, scold, and micromanage everyone just like toxic SAF sergeants. 
• They have created completely unnecessary, militaristic rules. For example, if someone is genuinely sick, they have to "report sick" to the EXCO, and the EXCO will actually interrogate and check on them. 
• Anything minor requires a formal report to them. If things don't go exactly their way, they start shouting, gaslighting, and micromanaging even harder. 

Why do these "student leaders" act like they are commanding an active infantry unit in the SAF? This is a university CCA, not Tekong. 

I’m seriously losing my sanity dealing with this toxic environment. What should I do? Should I just quit and avoid this CCA entirely, or is it worth reporting this to the school/hall administration? Has anyone else dealt with this kind of NS-larping culture in NTU CCAs?
