Am I allowed to play rainbow lands with rule breaker.

Am I allowed to run rainbow lands in rule breaker decks ? Like a city of brass and mana confluence. I just wanted to make sure before the set comes out/ when I start to brew. Also what do you think about the rule breaker ability? Thank you for all the help.
