Looking for someone who knows how to build earned visibility and drive inbound sales. 

The role sits across sales, PR, and  digital marketing. You'll work directly with the founder, so there won't be a predefined playbook or a lot of hand-holding.

What you'll actually do:

• Build relationships with journalists, independent bloggers, and creators across skincare, beauty, wellness, and startups.

• Pitch stories, insights, and data points that are genuinely useful to the person you're reaching out to, rather than sending generic "please write about us" emails.

• Take existing content and get it in front of relevant communities, groups, creators, and people who aren't already aware of us.

The role exists because getting attention from zero is hard. We're looking for someone who understands that PR is ultimately about giving someone a reason to care, and who is comfortable doing outreach, hearing "no", and  figuring out things.

You should be able to think like a salesperson  who thinks like a consultant, and be comfortable with ambiguity. 1-2 yrs of work experience is essential.
