TM7 and immigration center clarity

Looking fort some guidance from other parents with kids.

I am currently on a non-o visa and both kids are on a ED visa. I am a guardian for one for the kids and my wife is on a DTV.

Are the following true:

• Main Bangkok immigration office - families are only accommodated in the mornings and not in the afternoons
• TM7
  • bank seasoning only needs to be one month
  • the earliest I can apply for a TM7 is 45 days before my current visa expires

Am I missing anything? Any suggestions on the office visit with kids?
