Is it a wise decision to do pursue Masters in MIS/IT/IS in Eurpean country?

I am close to completing my Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems, at BRAC University. Now I'm considering a master's in Europe or Malaysia; would that be a bad idea? I am not interested in coding or software development. I am mostly focused on Information Technology, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems. Also, please feel free to drop suggestions and names of schools or universities that would yield the highest ROI of sorts if that makes sense
