Anyone work at Auto Shack near Tanger?

My son recently graduated high school and has decided not to start college. I was unemployed for 18 months up until recently and I noticed that auto shack in Kanata seems to post on Indeed pretty much every month for sales associate positions. I was just looking to get some insight from someone who might know if it's a high turn over job. I grew up in a time where it was seen as a red flag for a company to be posting monthly for the same positions. Just wondering if I should encourage my kid to apply there or avoid it? Thanks in advance
