10 months TTC and now im concerned

Im 10 months into TTC, I am 26 and my husband 32 and we have been trying unprotected sex for 10 months now. I always had regular cycles and the LH strip test shows I ovulated. I also get right side pain during ovulation. My tests are all normal so far including blood tests and thyroid etc. i only had a raised prolactin. i got my ultrasound done and I saw q hammerohagic cyst but no signs of PCOS. My husband also got his sperm test done which showed normal results with some level of morphology which the consultant mentioned is again not a big concern.

However one thing I note is that I dont really get egg whites during ovulation, just like milky white discharge which i find when I dig in. And I also dont seem to get wet leading to sex even thoughI feel turned on. I tested for eatrogen and it seemed to be normal. I use conceive plus lube for sex.

I also did a transvaginal ultrasound which also showed normal results and that egg was preparing itself to release.

What else could be the reason? Any other tests I am missing? I donot want to be in the unexplained fertility club and if this a normal timeline I just want to know.
