I knew she would move on, but the divorce is still fresh

Our divorce between my wife and I is still pending. Its an amicible, easy separation, but have to wait 31 days for the final decree to get posted. I am currently deployed and she is watching the dogs, and when I am back, she knows I am taking my dog. She is also watching over my car. Like, after everything that has happened, I am pretty grateful. However, I saw the photo in her new place. The photo of her and the guy friend I knew was an issue. Her argument is, did I expect her to not live her life? I mean I guess of course not. But god damn, everything is still fresh...and my dog is there. And it gives me anxiety because I still have 6 months left. I do not know how to make this leave my mindset and stop giving me anxiety. Shes the one who cheated, I am the one who decided to leave. And yet, we have to be attached right now, so her new life is center stage and all I care about is my dog.
