Looking for Spotify canvas animator.

Hello everyone.

I’m an edm producer, looking to hire an animator to make a 8 minute animations out of my cover art for Spotify. I already have an artist that I very much enjoy working with, but I would like to see if I can hire someone to make animations out of his work WITHOUT using AI. He makes 2D anime style art.

My budget is around $100 per 8 sec loop, idk what the rate is for these things so it’s just me guessing.

Here is a link to some of the music I’m working on, it’s very much a wip but the final project is going to be around 5-6 tracks. The genres are dubstep/pystrance/dnb it’s kinda all over the place. The art is there on soundcloud on the first track.
