Should house re-render be the last job on my list?

I’m nearing the end of a house renovation and getting the render replaced is still on the to do list. It’s a 1930s two story semi with a small single story extension, the roof of which needs replacing. I also have the guttering/down pipes to replace and the aircon to go in. The plan is to do all these jobs, get the render done and finish with the landscaping. Would that be the best order to carry out the work?
