Considering a used 3-5 years old Traverse

Hello,

24 onwards are too expensive for me right now, so I am considering a 23 and below traverse.
Is this a good idea? what should I be looking for?

I need a 7 seater with captain seats, making RS/Premier/High Country the only viable choices - is that right?
