I had already been caught a few times for bringing my phone to school because I never left it at reception. But this time I thought I was safe because it was 12th-grade practical season, when the whole school environment is basically chill and nobody seems to care that much.

We had our Biology practical that day. A bunch of students had brought their phones too. Before the practical, we were sitting in a 6th-grade classroom for the test, so everyone left their bags there before going to the Biology lab.

I put my bag on a random chair and went to the lab.

Big mistake.

Apparently, a teacher moved my bag and heard something hit the floor inside. She got suspicious, opened it… and there was my phone.

A few minutes later, my Biology teacher literally walked into the lab holding my bag and asked, “Whose bag is this?”

I knew I was finished. 💀

He took me out of the practical, grabbed my hand, and started taking me downstairs toward the principal's office while I was desperately trying to explain myself. Meanwhile, I was already terrified because the other teacher conducting the practical was known for being extremely strict.

My teacher kept saying, “Your practical is cancelled. You're going to the principal.”

I kept requesting him to let me off, and after what felt like a thousand requests, he finally said:

“Fine. But if I see your phone again, you're not getting away.”

In my head I was like, Bro, I have barely a week left in this school. What do you mean ‘again’? 😭

Plot twist: I somehow managed to get caught with my phone during the next two practicals as well.

Apparently I learned absolutely nothing.

Got caught with my phone at school during practicals… and somehow survived 💀
