Looking for affordable massage therapist

I am M33 and have been experiencing lower back pain and stiff back shoulder due to cont. desk job. I am looking for massage therapist who is good at their work and bit on the affordable side. I have tried Urban Clap, but the experience was mid also Idk for some reason I find females are good at massages.

Please suggest some leads or should I consult a physio for this?
