TDR Rejected (Filed late for >3 hrs delayed train). Any chance of refund?

Hi everyone, my train on 12th Aug was scheduled for 9:40 PM but actually departed around 4:00 AM the next day, making it over 6 hours late. Because of this huge delay, I didn't board or travel. Unfortunately, I didn't know the filing deadline and filed the TDR 4 days later on 16th Aug, which got rejected with "EDR Repudiate". Can I escalate this via RailMadad or CPGRAMS to still get a refund since the train was massively delayed? Also, where can I find the official proof or past running status for 12th Aug, as NTES doesn't show old records? Any help is appreciated!
