A sexstortioner got my phone number

hi guys so i have been super paranoid lately because i was on discord and met someone and we moved to telegram and they tricked me into somehow saving them as a contact so that they could view my phone number, then they got me to send a dick pick and i sent them a photo of my face which wasnt fully visible, and then they said they were gonna leak the nudes and demanded payment.

i blocked them quickly, and i blocked them when they tried to call my number. ive changed my socials usernames and made it so that they cant find me on that using my phone number.

should i change my phone number too? anything else they could use against me ? im really scared
