Is it doomed in a long run?

Me (25f) and my boyfriend (ftm25) have been dating for 7 months. I know it's still fresh and we are only getting used to being in a relationship with each other. I'm trying to be chill and just enjoy our time, but I can't help but question some things. He's bi but all his attention (?) is on men, by it I mean what he consumes/creates (he's a professional artist and a hobbyist writer), when it's something romance, it's MLM, etc. So basically it makes me confused why we're dating. I'm not saying he should be interested in het equally, or women, or anything, but I am really just confused (2) lol. So I worry I'm just wasting his time. He seems very serious about us but what's the point if he still will be thinking about men to the end of times and relationships with one? I am technically bi myself just very sexually unmotivated and neutral-leaning, so I don't get it.
