Who to cut and stash on taxi?

10 team SF dynasty team. 0.5 PPR, 4 point QB TD, and we don't have a TE spot but have 2 RB, 1 WR/RB, and 3 WR/TE spots. I am in a major rebuild.

I can put three guys on the taxi squad as long as they are in their first two years in the league.

What three players do I taxi and what three players do I cut?
