Level -0 - Mayhem

Survival Class: Indefinable
Status: Extremely unstable
Habitat: Undefinable

Description:
Level -0 possesses no stable physical structure. There are no permanently valid definitions of floor, wall, ceiling, distance, or direction. The environment can change continuously. Matter can fold, deform, change color, liquefy, explode, implode, vanish, or assume properties considered physically impossible outside the level.
However, this description itself is problematic. For within Level -0, events cannot be reliably classified as possible or impossible.

It is.

his is considered the only generally accepted description of the level's fundamental nature.

Perception:
The environment does not react to the presence of wanderers in a predictable manner.
An ordinary step, for instance, might cause the apparent floor to explode without injuring the wanderer. They might subsequently land in a neon-colored liquid whose surface behaves like a trampoline, propelling them upwards. Meanwhile, the entire environment might become two-dimensional, monochromatic, or otherwise structurally altered. Such events are not considered unusual.

Rules:
So known rules are reliable. A property observed once need not recur during a later encounter.
It is therefore impossible to derive a reliable system from repeated observations. Attempts to describe Level -0 using scientific or mathematical models have so far been unsuccessful.

Note:
The designation "-0" was deliberately retained.
Although -0 and 0 represent the same mathematical value, the distinction in the designation appears relevant to the level. -0 could represent the absolute opposite of our reality, accourding to the categorizers.

(I couldn't find any better picture to represent it)
