2 army lists - I need help deciding which direction to go with my next models

I've started mustering my glorious and stinky Nurgle army, but I cannot decide which direction I want to go with my 2k points army list goal.

The lists are pretty similar, I'm mostly split between running The Glottkin or Rotigus, between having more magic presence, or a more damaging central piece.
