Safe to microneedle+minox+tretinoin?

I have been pretty consistent with foam minox for the past 4-6 months I think and have been on and off consistent with microneedling at 1.5mm weekly.

I can’t really tell if anything’s going on but I do feel I am a shitty responder to minox.

Would adding 0.025 tret BE SAFE to mix with microneedling?

If so, what is the recommended regiment.
