Galo Novo Cruisin 318 or 528 water resistance

I’ve seen many reviews about build quality, and fit and feel, and questionable customer service.

But I‘m interested hearing about how well it stands up to swimming (pool and especially the beach) and some snorkeling. I know it doesn’t have a screw down crown, but neither does my Baltic Hermetique and I‘ve swam and bodysurfed with it for 60-90 minutes at a time many times without any issues. It’s been to many, many pool parties and several trips to beaches in Georgia and Florida and I’ve never had a drop of water intrusion or any hiccups with the movement. That’s the kind of performance I’d expect from Novo. Have any of you actual owners taken it for a proper swim?
