Anime Style Pairing Advice

I got a tattoo recently that was a panel from my favorite manga on my left forearm. I know moving forward that I want to fill out my arm and make a sort of patchwork sleeve but one of the things I’m having trouble with is trying to figure out what styles would work well versus what would clash. Or if the styles even matter. For example I have some American trad stuff I want but I feel like pairing trad on anime would look a little off but also I don’t know if that really matters?

Any tips/advice would be appreciated!
