[F19] I've been abused by my babysitter and never told anyone

I've been abused by my babysitter a long time ago, but never told anyone. I don't want to make it a thing, but it's also on my mind a lot. Idk what to do, cuz I don't want to make it a big thing. I also don't wanna go into much detail here, but still wanted to ask for advice here.

What do you think I should do? Just let it be?
