SI joint pain post partum

Hello moms! My SI joint pain started in the last weeks of pregnancy, and still with me 1 week after giving birth. I had a big baby of 4 kg that ended up being delivered by C section. My pain is still with me. I thought it will automatically go away after removing the direct pressure, but it does not seem to be the case. Anyone in my situation? It really hurts on walking, when changing weight from one foot to the other.
