Help

I have a black ‘16 accord lx and about $1200. I’m wondering if I should get rims and tires first or just get all my cosmetics (side skirts, lip, diffuser, duckbill,etc.) and put them on then get the rims and lower it with springs. Or do I save more and do everything at once
