free international therapist?

i really need someone to talk to about my internalized homophobia and my lack of support in general (in this regard anyway). i know i have you guys but i don't always wanna dump here. and unfortunately i still dont have a phone so I can only do chat on my pc. most options are either us based (not there anymore) or not available for some reason
