My MK 2 spaceplane cant dock after installing some mods.

I decided to go interstellar and installed a bunch of mods. It worked fine until yesterday. My mk2 spaceplane has a mk 2 clamp o tron dock on top of the fuselage. To dock, I need to control from it. But suddenly, the plane swings wildly, trying to orient itself. Docking is impossible.

It works fine, when controlled from the cockpit and used to work perfectly.

I deinstalled the last mods since the problem (OPT spaceplanes and better time warp), but it didn't help.

Any ideas, what I might have screwed up, would be welcome. Thanks.
