Hello po! Anyone currently living na sa The Ridge by APEC Homes Mexico Pampanga? May you share your experience po? I saw somewhere po kasi na di daw po true yung RFO claim nila? Ang promise kasi ng agent is 2-3 months waiting time lang then makakalipat na po since yun lang po yung time na aantayin for Pag Ibig to approve the Housing Loan. How true po ito? Please help me po
