Struggling!!

I’m looking for feedback. I first got tested a couple months back, and I was positive for ureaplasma. I initially got tested because I had a yeast infection but felt as though my symptoms were a little off and more harsh. My doctor prescribed me Z Pak and an antifungal for the yeast, and I thought I was good to go. About a month ago, I got another bad yeast infection and went back in for another test. It showed ureaplasma again. I did antifungal medicine again, and I am now on my last day of a 10 day doxycycline prescription(100mg 2x a day). I have absolutely no clue what’s going on, are the yeast infections triggering it and will the doxycycline actually get rid of the ureaplasma this time? I see a lot on here of people struggling for years, and it has been causing me worry.
