Modding a Guitar

I was thinking about modding my Ibanez GRX70QAL GIO (ibanez and names .-.) and im not sure what would be a good idea to mod first. I was thinking locking tuners and better pickups cant hurt and maybe a better tremolo in the future. But i cant seem to find any locking tuners that are silver and can be used on this guitar and are not like 150€. Also i dont know what would be a good pickup to put in the bridge for me. Any ideas?
