Worries post op

Hi everyone, i had two gynaecology surgeries (one at the end of May and one early June) - a termination on medical grounds and a second emergency surgery for retained products. A week after my second surgery I started to experience shortness of breath even at rest (also never had issues with asthma!) - it led me to believe it may be a blood clot. I had multiple d dimer tests which all came back clear and I had a chest CT with contrast but this was almost 3 months ago now and I am still symptomatic. I can’t help the feeling of upset that something has been missed and I can’t seem to rationalise my emotions. I never had issues with health anxiety/general health until all of this happened to me.
