Thoughts on this 3kW On-Grid Solar Quotation (₹1.32L Post-Subsidy)? Waaree vs Luminous?

I am planning to install a 3kW on-grid solar power plant for my home (No electric Vehicles as of now) and received the attached quotation from a local agent. The final, all-inclusive price after the government subsidy is ₹1,32,000.

I would really appreciate your insights on a few specific points:

• Price Check: Is ₹1.32 Lakh a standard and fair price for this kind of 3kW on-grid setup?
• Brand Recommendation: The quote gives me the option of Waaree or Luminous for the PV modules and the PCU. Which brand has better long-term reliability and after-sales support?
• TOPCon Technology: The quote includes TOPCon panels. I have heard they are currently the most cost-effective and efficient choice. Has that been your experience?
