Is it worth taking a low-tier private/deemed MD Medicine seat to get out of the NEET-PG rat race if the end goal is DM?
Basically, instead of taking another drop to chase a better MD Medicine seat, take a low or mid tier private/deemed seat now, focus on residency + NEET-SS and try for a good DM later.
Does the MD college matter that much for DM, or is it mainly about clinical exposure, academics and your NEET-SS rank?
Would love opinions from people who have actually done MD Medicine → DM, especially from private/deemed colleges.
Also, how bad is the ROI of doing this at a high-fee college? No loans.
