Customer service issues regarding appeal.

I’m having quite a time getting in contact with Depop customer service.

I had a vintage NFL Washington Redskins crewneck sweater removed due to racism. When I submitted my appeal over a month ago, I never received a response so I submitted another still no response. Long story short I have emailed Depop six times requesting clarification on why this listing was removed and if I am able to repost it. All I get is a response from their AI promising that I will receive an actual response within 72 hours. I have been dealing with this for over a month. Any recommendations?
