Is There A Video That Shows The _Absolute_ Basics?

I grew up playing runescape and so never got action bar skillz. But it seems im missing out so I want to learn WoW. Except every tutorial video I find assumes you already have this knowledge. Can someone point me somewhere that can bring me up to speed?
