Everyone wants to be alone til they have to be alone
I'm a teenager and I know of a few people in my year that repost videos about 'being alone' and 'walking by themself in school' and it really pisses me off. I know when they talk about 'being alone' it's mostly about how they feel alone in the world but this one guy has a whole friend group that basically treat him like a king (they treat each other like that though). I'm not saying he can't feel alone it's just weird that he's also reposting that alongside videos like 'walking by myself in school' or just being alone in school in general. Alot of other people do this too, but they never actually walk alone in school.
My only friend that I have is going to be absent for the rest of the school year so I'm going to be alone and today I had to walk around like a dumbahh loser and even though I say I enjoy being by myself, it was really miserable. I like being alone but not lonely you know. I'm known in school, I can interact with people but that's really about it. I'm just by myself and I look really awkward. If you were to place a person next to me, we could sit in silence and do nothing but if I'm by myself I'm worried about how I look, even if I look the same as I did with someone else if you get what I mean.
I don't really know what I'm trying to say but it's just people should be more grateful being surrounded by others. I can't control what people repost but stuff like that is emotional, so it's sensitive to most. If you only experience it occasionally, it's kinda weird to be acting like you experience it all the time.
I had a certain idea in my head. I don't think I communicated it right though but if it makes sense to me, it'll make sense to someone else.
