Salary range for hospitality role (Guest Services)?

Hello, ano po ba yung salary range ng hospitality roles for Guest Services in Dubai? Got a pre-offer for 2,500 AED (plus tips) for a guest services staff in a 5-star property. Free accommodations + all meals + transportation + paid overtime. Pero 6 days work week. Never worked abroad, and currently in PH. Parang nasa Pinas lang toh na salary, is this really the range na or is this a very low offer? :( is this also negotiable? I have 1.5 years experience in a 5-star property pero sa Sales & Marketing, and a bachelor's degree from a good uni. Do they even look at experience/education? I have resigned from that hotel job na, and what I made was bigger (basic + service charge only, no tips). Gusto ko maka try mag abroad so I'm checking if this is it for the range if no Dubai experience.
